BOOKING INFORMATION

Welcome to Tobs Braiding Salon, where beauty meets care and confidence is restored!

Our hair-loss braiding services are specially designed for clients experiencing alopecia, thinning edges, scalp sensitivity, or medical hair loss. To ensure every client receives premium care and flawless results, please read our booking information carefully before securing your appointment.

🗓️ Booking and Consultation Policy

• Consultation Required:

A consultation is mandatory before any hair-loss braid appointment. During this session, we assess your scalp condition, discuss your hair goals, and determine the best protective style for you.

• Consultation + Same-Day Service Option:

You may choose a Consultation & Same-Day Appointment if slots are available. In this case, you’ll receive your consultation first, and your service will immediately follow upon approval and deposit confirmation.

• Virtual Consultations:

For out-of-state or traveling clients, we offer virtual consultations via video call. Please submit clear photos or videos of your scalp before your scheduled consultation time.

💰 Deposit & Payment Policy

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward your total service balance.

• The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your appointment—before the service begins.

• Payments can be made via cash, Zelle, or card (processing fees may apply).

🚫 No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our customized hair-loss braiding services, all payments and deposits are strictly non-refundable.

We value your time and ours; once your slot is booked, it cannot be resold. If you must reschedule, please provide at least 48-hour notice and your deposit will be applied to the new date (valid once).

No-shows or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may require a new booking fee.

🧵 Hair & Extensions Policy

• Clients may bring their own braiding hair/extensions (must be clean, tangle-free, and ready for use).

• Alternatively, you can purchase premium extensions directly from the salon. We carry high-quality pre-stretched braiding hair and specialized hair-loss extensions for sensitive scalps.

• If bringing your own hair, please ensure you have the correct color, texture, and quantity recommended during consultation.

🕓 Day-of-Appointment Guidelines

• Arrive on time with your hair clean, product-free, and blow-dried unless otherwise discussed during consultation.

• Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in a reschedule or cancellation fee.

• Please avoid bringing extra guests unless they are booked for services.

💖 After-Care Support

Every client receives a free after-braid care package, at $75 including scalp oil and maintenance instructions to keep your protective style lasting up to 3 months or more.
